In her 11-year service to the education sector, Claire has recruited talent from around Australia, from student services officers who support learning experiences to chief executives who shape the landscape of graduate employability. Today, Claire is a uniquely recognised leader in the industry, partnering with top schools, universities and private education providers to source best quality talent to shape the futures of their learners.
Claire launched Tidal in 2022 with a passion to give back to the education sector, one she strongly believes has empowered her in her personal and professional growth. Through Tidal, she is dedicated to helping organisations provide these opportunities for future generations of thinkers and leaders.
Natalie Collins is a highly organised and dynamic Recruitment specialist, hailing from the UK. With a background in internal human resources and talent acquisition, she understands the importance of both the candidate and client experience.
Since joining Tidal Recruitment Partners in 2023, Nat has embraced every opportunity to fuel her genuine passion for making a positive difference to the lives of our clients and candidates.
